Develop Flash Programming System specification defining functional requirements, interfaces, and performance metrics for programming ECU software, calibrations, and applications.
Development, testing, and optimization of speech and data modeling algorithms and improvements of speech recognition accuracy.
Responsible for development, execution and evaluation of designs (including subsystems), analysis, development & testing related to Electric Power Systems.
Prepare and track Engineering Change Work Order (E²) for release documentation and changes.Follow-Up timing and part availability.
Identify requirements conflicts and negotiate with the Lead Systems Engineer, Subsystem Engineers and other stakeholders to resolve.

Algorithm Subsystem Technical Expertise w/ functional knowledge of subsystem and its performance requirements.
