Establish and execute a comprehensive FSP business development plan for each target account; monitor actions and results against plans.
Proactively continues to strengthen their own subject matter expertise, as well as that of the team.
Contribute to other human resource activities including leading interview panels and managing strategic initiatives.

Develop and secure key partner relationships through onsite meetings, goal setting, planning, and partnership development activities.
Lead member of the strategic Account Management team; responsible for leading key SAM initiatives.
Monitoring team performance against contract and client expectations and according to key performance metrics.
Develop and deliver outputs including the capture of customer decisions and assumptions, and ensure objectives are met within agreed project timelines.
Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
Ensuring compliance with study tools, training materials and standard processes, policies and procedures.
Provide advice and guidance to more junior members of the HR team as appropriate.
Responsibilities include engaging clients in interactive discussions, setting up appointments and performing the appropriate follow up with the field sales team members or qualified Foresight resources resulting in a revenue generating discussion.
Leading analytic execution by managing local country and off-shore analytics teams on project.
Direct company sales for assigned accounts based primarily on geography.
