This role is responsible for performing a variety of activities associated with one or more projects, and assist Project Managers in various aspects of their assignments. Suggest and implement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and improve performance.
Lead and develop the strategic long term plans for assigned key and development accounts. Drive alignment of commercial programs and specifications through channel partners to grow share at assigned accounts.
Plans and implements the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy and local division go to market strategy.
Design and develop embedded firmware on a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) in C language for real-time control of single and multiphase buck converters, buck-boost, boost and LLC power conversion circuits.
Lead, develop and drive intellectual property activities and lifecycle, portfolio development, and strategy for assigned BUs and research areas including providing direction for external licensing opportunities; develop IP strategies and lead in their execution and delivery of value to the clients supported.
The role will have direct control of its local / global Technical Sales Support (TSS) representatives to ensure the factory meets or exceeds its export orders budget, gross margins for instrumentation and level products for the power, chemical, water and refining industries markets.
Review and analyze customer service specifications. Coordinating input from various departments including, but not limited to; operations, finance and legal to develop proposals respective of customer requirements.
Act as the technical expert for the product and project supplied, providing assistance to the sales organization and application engineers to address and resolve customer inquiries concerning system configuration hardware and software features, specifications and application issues.
