The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the daily events of the office of the Director of Aura. Imperative is the ability to understand the importance of clarifying the team objectives, and to handle confidential matters. The ideal person will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess a true passion for hospitality, architecture, working in a fast-paced environment, and exceeding goals!


•  Manage a complex calendar, including making reservations and scheduling appointments.

•  Maintain and track project schedules, resources, and timelines

•  Coordinate travel, manage expenses, run errands, and schedule necessary reservations/appointments

•  Must be available to work after hours should the need arise

•  Accompany the Director to meetings and other off-site engagements as required

•  Manage email traffic and draft correspondence with clients

•  Act as a liaison between the office of the Director and various other departments and teams

•  Must we willing to travel as business needs dictate

•  Responsible for drafting presentations, recording minutes from in-person, and off-site meetings

•  Otherresponsibilities may be added

Qualifications and Education Requirements


·      Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)


·      Two years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant

·      Ability to solve problems as they arise with minimum guidance

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Google Drive and Apple products

·      Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; Proactive

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills

·      Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines

·      Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment while managing otherresponsibilities
