Strategic Sourcing Recruiter to work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to promote a comprehensive prospect capture strategy, requiring both fast turnaround, hard to fill for immediate hires and long-term relationship-driven candidate pipeline cultivation and provide a high level of client service. Generate candidate flow creatively by using both traditional and advanced sourcing techniques, including direct recruiting of passive candidates through Boolean searches, personal research, and professional networking. Conduct candidate database searches and candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other resume online boards. Work on multiple searches concurrently, demonstrate excellent time management expertise, and self-motivate while delivering candidate flow to meet and surpass target submittal metrics for each assigned search. Capture candidate information on a weekly tracking report, record contacts made and status of candidates, and provide consultative input on the status of candidate pools and sourcing strategy realignment.
