Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Program Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and review DoD and Army Acquisition Test and Evaluation (T&E) policies, regulations and procedures to assist management in complying with current and emerging T&E guidance.
The Senior Management Analyst will support all IPPS-A test activities required to meet the acquisition requirements for an ACAT IAM program to include:

  • Assisting with the development, maintenance, and staffing of the IPPS-A Test and Evaluation Master Plan
  • Coordinating the IPPS-A T&E Working Integrated Product Team to include scheduling, developing agendas and briefing slides, preparing and distributing minutes, and facilitate in the absence of the Government leadership.
  • Providing IPPS-A support to Army and DoD test organizations as required in the planning and coordination of Operational T&E events to include site surveys and on-site support.
  • Participating and providing technical input during operational test readiness reviews.
  • Reviewing Operational T&E event plans, scenarios and reports and providing feedback and recommendations to IPPS-A

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires Master’s degree in computer science or information systems or relevant technical field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in system testing and evaluation of information systems or a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years relevant experience.
  • Requires knowledge of DoD and Army T&E Policies and Regulations.
