Job Description


• Must have sold in a consultative role (Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, other)

• Must be able to structure a client-focuses value proposition

• A dynamic executive, able to ask the right questions to create client opportunities

• Able to dynamically structure and assess client opportunities

• Less focused on product or solution selling

• Must have 1 or 2 industry backgrounds that are aligned with our USA strategy: (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telco & Media)

• Must have senior level relationships with a minimum of 20 top companies where he/she can position

• Self-motivator

• Diligent pursuer of clients

- Maintain a U$10-15MM qualified pipeline

- Drive executive level (C-level) relationships

- Manage high level account plans

- Drive sales in following key areas:

o Digital Transformation/Innovation

o Process automation and efficiency management (leverage our AI, Machine learning and RPA capability)

o Customer solutions - custom developed APPs, Customer Management and CRM

o Implement Big Data & Analytics platforms - includes developing data governance structures, master data management approaches, data lakes and visualization solutions

o Enterprise architecture - establish the necessary Digital Architecture ecosystem to meet the needs of today's hybrid Tech ecosystems

o Digital operations transformation - work with CIOs to transform their organizations (people, process, technology) to meet their company's digital needs

o Implementation of foundational solutions (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) - focus must be on process design and structuring with clients - less on application configuration management and implementation

o DevOPS - automation of internal operational processes

o Agile consulting and implementation - helping business and technology executives in transforming their organizations to deliver in an AGILE model

o Technology innovation and proof of concept development - helping clients to create POC/MVPs to explore demonstrate technology capabilities

o ServiceNow, Agile/DevOps/Lean software development, global offshoring services, ITSM, ITOM, digital services, automation, RPA

o Application management - not FTE/staff augmentation but support automation through machine learning and other methods

- Ensure accurate & complete internal CRM data

- Manage proposal preparation

- Get sign off with solution areas

- Manage client relationship

- Ensure proper billing and invoicing of client services

- Ensure proper margins in proposals
